Availability & Fees

Cancellation Policy 

When you make an appointment with me, that spot is saved just for you. Cancellations are understandable but please give me 24 hours' notice if at all possible. Cancellations or no-call/no-shows will be subject to a minimum $60 fee. This fee increases with each subsequent cancellation.


I offer a sliding fee scale based on income. In the table below, please match your combined income with the fee to see how much I charge for a therapy hour (50 minutes). I accept Debit, Credit, and HSA cards. I do not currently take insurance but I am willing to work with you to make sure you get the care you need. I can also provide you with the documentation you need to file an out of network claim with your insurance.

Evenings and Weekends 

I reserve the right to charge augmented fees for sessions held in the evenings and on the weekends. These fees will be discussed with you and agreed upon beforehand.


I have appointments from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. For our initial session, I ask that you arrive 20 minutes earlier than our scheduled appointment to complete intake paperwork or I can email the forms to you and you can bring with you.
